It was a joyous occasion when women from North Coast Region gathered to celebrate Women's Month in style. Dressed to the nines, the beautiful ladies gathered at the L.A Building in Ulundi. In her welcoming remarks and purpose of the day Ms Thuthu Ndlovu, Deputy Director, Human Resource management emphasized the importance of acknowledging and celebrating Women’s Month. Ms Ndlovu stressed how women need to be fearless in the workplace and not shy away from being leaders and she also encouraged women to take courage from the women of 1956 who rose up and fought for equality and justice. Throughout the celebrations women burst into song and dance, as the programme drew to an end a delicious lunch prepared by the ladies from North Coast Region was served.
