On Wednesday 26 September 2018, MEC Ravigasen Ranganathan Pillay, MPL, brought honour and magnified Ward 2 of the Msunduzi Local Municipality during the Operation Sukuma Sakhe (OSS) Cabinet Day. He was accompanied by a strong delegation that involved Mshwathi Deputy Mayor, Cllr Dlamini, Mr Mavundla, the Head of Department (HOD) for KZN Department of Community Safety & Liaison, Inkosi Nsikayezwe Zondi of Mpumuza Tribal Authority, Cllr. Blessing Mtshali, the Ward 2 Councillor and other senior government officials. Mr Sikhumbuzo Gumede, the Head of Ministry (HOM) for Human Settlements and Public Works managed the day’s order of proceedings with profound individualistic skills and accomplishment.
