On Friday 02 August 2019, the Professional Services directorate hosted a Service Delivery Improvement Workshop for all professionals from Head Office and Regions. The Workshop which was held at the OR Tambo House Auditorium was aimed at helping professionals to attain more knowledge and also get a platform where they can get clarity and answers on challenges that they face whilst performing their duties. In his welcoming address Dr Stanley Gichia stressed the importance of this workshop. "We are gathered here today to be part of a series of workshops that aim to ensure that we uphold the integrity of our profession at all times, Gichia said".
