On the 14th of September 2018, ICT directorate management took the whole day to equip, train and motivate all of its technicians, administrators and interns. This is the very core of service delivery, because when personnel is well trained, motivated they will excel in the duties that they perform. The day started with a full breakfast and presentations throughout the whole day. A scrumptious lunch and desert was also served to ensure that members were well fed while being trained. The jubilant team of individuals all wore denim pants and white shirts to celebrate the day and team building spirit, which is always depicted when one deals with ICT staff. They are always approachable, always willing to assist, gracious and prompt. This shows that indeed their team building meetings not only motivate them to excel but also creates a depth of unity within this great team
