Indrani Govender is the founder of Ricinz Constructions, a proudly South African, women led Construction and Telecommunications company.  She is a passionate entrepreneur, an advocate for women in Construction driven by a strong vision for job creation, skills development and sustainable community growth with hands on industry experience and a commitment to excellence. Indrani continues to break barriers while building businesses that empowers people and delivers quality infrastructure.  

She sits on the EXCO for Masterbuilders and is a 2024 Woman in Construction Award Winner. Indrani has completed the NHBRC women empowerment program at the Gordon institute of business science graduating second position out of 100 business women. She graduated at the university of Limpopo for fundamental business management, project management, SHERQ, people management and supply chain management.

Indrani is a seasoned construction professional with 16 years of experience in the construction industry. She is the Founder and Managing Director of Ricinz Construction, where she has built a strong reputation for delivering quality projects, empowering women-owned enterprises, and leading with resilience and integrity. Her experience spans project execution, business leadership, and industry compliance across both public and private sector projects.
