Ms Tholi Cibane is the founding manager of TS Cibane Consulting cc (CIDB – 2CE, 3GB).  She has LLB Degree with Honours and has extensive experience in the construction and built environment sector.  Tholi has worked at every level of the industry, spanning civil works, building projects, project management, and contract administration.

She brings wide experience in partnering with entities such as Public Works, Human settlements, Department of Transport and eThekwini municipality, and has supported women-led construction businesses by guiding them on compliance requirements in both public and private sectors.

She is the Chairwoman of South African Women in Construction (SAWIC) – KZN Chapter from 2025 till to date.  Her knowledge and expertise is recognized in the construction industry as she has served on different boards including the Durban Chamber of Commerce, advising board chair on matters affecting DCCI members and business fraternity in Durban; she is also serving on WK Construction Board.
