          Purpose:


  • Provide and facilitate the provision of accommodation and integrated property management services to clients through planned property life cycle (acquisition, management, maintenance and disposal)
 
  • Optimal utilisation of immovable assets, land valuation, maintenance of fixed asset register
 
  • Payment of property rates and integrated service delivery.

          Functions:

 

  • Manage and Facilitate Acquisition and Disposal
  • Manage and Facilitate Provincial Information, Property Development and valuations.
  • Manage and develop strategies and ensure the formulation and development of policies and procedure relevant to Immovable Asset management
  • Manage the resources within the Branch

Directorate: Disposals
