The KZN Public Works’ leadership took a bold stance of ensuring the realisation of service delivery through “Operation Shonaphansi”. On Tuesday 17 October 2017, Mr Jeremy Redfearn, the Chief Financial Officer and Champion for eThekwini Region led a formidable team of 23 managers selected from various components by virtue of their expertise to provide support towards achieving maximum results in line with the Department’s mandate. The team convened at the Regional Office where after they split into groups, where focus for the site visits was on Infrastructure; Immovable Asset Management; Finance; Supply Chain Management and Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP).
