Ms Linky Delisile Nyanda is a Chief Executive of Lakeshore Trading CIDB CE 8, GB 8, SF 6 since 2008 to date.  A former teacher who turned into a dynamic businesswoman has served in several organizations such as SAWIC(KZN) as the Chairperson 2015, Treasurer at SAWIC (National) from 2016 -2021, Chairperson of CETA training providers association in 2005.  She is currently a Chairperson at Ndlovukazi YakwaZulu Women Financial Services.

Ms Nyanda is a businesswoman who leads in Turnkey Infrastructure Development Projects, Project Management, Farming, Financial services and Skills Development.  She has over 22 years of experience in the Built Industry, specialising in construction – buildings, roads, bridges; Civil Engineering & infrastructure; Quantity surveying; Project & Construction management; Property Development & facilities management, to name a few. She is a visionary leader and accomplished entrepreneur whose career journey reflects purpose, resilience, and excellence of companies across key sectors of the South African Economy.

Ms Nyanda is renowned for her strong leadership, highly committed to good governance, compliance and ethical business practices, driving sustainable growth and community empowerment. She holds several certificates obtained at the University of Cape Town including short courses in property development and investment, compliance management, construction management and project management foundations.  She has been recognized nationally as the Finalist in the Entrepreneur of the Year by Businesswomen Association (BWA), Recognition Award and Certificate of Achievement from SEDA Construction Incubator, SASFA Lightweight Steel Construction Certificate and much more.
