Ms Nonela Philile Takena Mxokozeli is a Director of Sokhanyisa and Project Management PTY Ltd.  She has worked for Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) as a Provincial Manager for 10 years responsible for establishing and supporting contractor development programmes by client bodies. She has also served at the Incubator entity for 7 years in KZN in the Programme Management role responsible to oversee implementation of contractor development programmes across the country.

Ms Mxokozeli is an experienced consultant, providing project management services to Property Development entity.  She further provides mentorship support services to SMME’s in construction, both technical and business development services and business overhaul to medium and large construction businesses. She has been honoured by different entities with awards of the best Stakeholder Manager; best Woman in Business and the best construction business partner.
