Public Works Honours Veterans at the Long Service Awards

On 18 February 2020, the Department of Public Works hosted the Long Service Awards and retirement ceremony for all staff members who have been a part of the public service for 10 years and longer. The Long Service Recognition System recognises employee’s long relationship with the Public Service. Many of the recipients had received awards for working in the Public Service for over 20 years and some even over 30 years. The awardees dressed in their best as they were honoured for all their years of service to the public service.
