Good news once more. As you may well recall that it has been confirmed and affirmed on the position of the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Public Works to the implementation of the Executive Council Resolution 282 of 21 August 2018, which reflects, inter alia, “Approved that all departments establish/ revive Batho Pele, Customer Care or Service Delivery units in all provincial departments to ensure successful implementation of Batho Pele Programmes at provincial and local level.”

It is with profound appreciation and delight to announce that the following nominees will be participating at the PSEA 2018/2019:

• Category 3: Best Operational Employee of The Year 2018/2019: Mr Mthinteni Nzuza: Head Office
