It remains a standing operational strategic effort for the Department’s entire senior management team to convene as a collective and deliberate on the Department’s key strategic objectives that would seek to advance the developmental priorities of the Department itself and the Provincial government, taking into account the plight of the destitute communities of KwaZulu-Natal.

Crucial agenda items that were fruitfully addressed as planned included In-Year Monitoring Reports; Status on Infrastructure Delivery, expenditure and leases (acquisition); Progress on State Infrastructure Development Agency (SIDA); Human resource capacitation; Establishment and review of key departmental policies including other important matters of concern such as COVID 19 with its implication to all internal publics.
