The project commenced on 22/05/2007. The opening ceremony was held on 07/08/2009.
The contractor’s workmanship was of a high standard, especially the renovations to the old Chapel, which is a Heritage Building. The Client Department was very satisfied with the completed buildings which met the Client Departments present needs. The Department of KZN Public Works, the Consulting team and the Project Leader, Mr. Hans Ramadhin were commended for their efforts at the opening ceremony of the Training Centre. Presently the training centre is fully operational.
